It is the policy of Willen Electric Co. to maintain a Safe and Healthy work environment for our employees, subcontractors, and customers. Safety in all construction operations is not just our corporate goal it is a requirement! To this end, we have formulated our safety program to meet all safety requirements and regulations.
It is a condition of employment with Willen Electric Co. that all employees adhere faithfully to the requirements of the safety program, as well as the safety rules, instructions, and procedures issued in conjunction with it. Also, to adhere faithfully to any owner established programs that may be specific to the work site. Failure to do so will result in disciplinary action as outlined in our safety program. Willen requires all of its subcontractors and vendors to adhere to the program and the safety rules, instructions and procedures issued in conjunction with it, as well as all applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations. The Safety Director, Project Managers, Job Superintendents and Foreman have the full support of management in enforcing the programs polices. We periodically review our safety policy in order to maintain requirements that align with current OSHA and other safety organizations expectations. Employees are required to attend training courses in order to stay informed of policy changes and maintain safety knowledge.
